Extended probation

Hi I hope someone can give me some advice and ease my mind a little. I have been at a job for 9 months and have got a new job which is so much better for me and I've had to give references. I have been sent a copy of my reference from a previous employer and it's a great reference. I have a concern about one of the questions. It asks if I have ever had a disaplinery, which I haven't but I did get my probation extended by 3 months. Is this classed as a disaplinery?

No, that's not a disciplinary.

Some employers only give minimal information in references anyway, eg confirming that xxx worked here in yyy job between the dates of zzz and zzz.

That's great. I've been worried about it. There was a lot of negative behaviour going on at the time that I started and within 6 months of being there 4 staff members left I think a lot of people got spoken too about the situation but I was in the unfortunate position of still being on probation. The probationary period has finished now .
