Hello, I'm leaving my role and will need to handover to my replacement.

How do I professionally say "Always think they're right. Doesn't like to be challenged. Always works outside their actual remit. Constantly moans about their colleagues if they don't like them."
😁

Do the shit sandwich thing. Highlight a strength, then something like 'holds strong opinions and can struggle with being challenged. May sometimes need reining in on their remit. Then another positive and move swiftly on!
