15 minute video interview - what to expect?

I have been invited to a 15 minute video interview, to be held online with the initial recruiter and a senior director - has anyone any experience of this, please?

I am wondering what to expect from such a short interview?

Any help gratefully received - thank you!

This will be a general “sussing you out” type call - fairly common in many businesses.

You will be asked to give an overview of your experience and skills in relation to the role. You will also be expected to have done your homework in terms of their history/values/recent news (check their website and social media).

You will probably also be asked why you are leaving current role (if relevant).

Thank you! I had it this morning and you’re quite correct 😊
