My FTC came to an end 1st April
I have a meeting today and one of my colleagues who contract is also up have been told they can only extend by 3 months
We have both been here just over 3 yrs
However they have taken on 5 staff since jan who are
Not affected as they have 1 yr FTC
It looks like we've been culled ?
My friend is upset but for me I just feel maybe it's time to move on ?
No guarantee after 3 months we will get extended
( we are a charity and reason giving is funding cuts )
All the new staff are so new and me and my colleague have been training them
Not that I want them to go but feeling a bit meh
My meeting has yet to happen
Should I be asking any questions or just accept that there's nothing I can do
My friend was told there is no redundancy
