I have a screening interview with TFL (Transport for London). If I get past this stage I would be invited to attend an in person all-day assessment centre. I have never done anything like this before and have no idea what to expect. I would be very grateful for any tips or advice if anyone here has even been to an assessment centre, with TFL or any other organization.
