Looking for some advice please...
I've been in Procurement 12 years and worked my way up to managing a small team. I've never particularly felt passionate about the job but seem to be pretty good at it so have stuck it out!
The thing I really hate is travel! It's one thing doing day trips but more and more it's abroad/overnight and I just don't enjoy it.
Has anyone moved on from Procurement into something else or have any ideas?
My main worry about moving functions is the drop in pay, which I really need to minimise!
