Smart interview hair with photo

So, I've been off work for a few months and let my hair grow completely out of style. Its shoulder length now, but tidy enough.

My question is, do I get it bobbed again, or shorter maybe, or just cut into a proper style?? Or is it acceptable to have a shoulder length 'non style' that is tidy enough if washed and dried daily?
Would it hinder my job applications for receptionist/admin/customer service?

Photo of my hair below, but no dye left in it, so grey on top now too.

I've have always had shoulder-length hair or maybe a bit shorter. I do have so layers in it though. I have always worked in offices and it's never been I problem.

No one will care about your hairstyle OP. Just make sure it's clean and not crazy messy

A hairstyle won't affect a job interview!

It looks nice. Blow dry it for interview, then it will be neat and tidy. Thats enough.

Side note: the mirrored body position and dead pan of your dog is <mwah> comic perfection

Thank you ladies, I'm nervous enough as it is.
