Informal performace review after maternity leave

I've been put on an informal performace review at work due to what other nurses have said about my performance, there is not actual evidence and i have not caused any harm to patients, its only the word of 1 or 2 nurses. I have disputed what has been said as I feel bullied and unsupported by it all. I have been on maternity leave for 14 months and after returning recieved no support only constant criticism from my collegues. I have got another job ad I really want to leave and be out of that toxic environment. I am really worried about the reference I will get recieve. Any advice? Thanks

Yeah, they have said it sounds like someone wants you out basically, they also said not to worry too much about a reference as they would need to have evidence, its just hard not to worry.
