Calling ACAS

Does anyone know if, when you call ACAS For advice, you have to give your employers name? Thanks

I don’t think so. I have called them and don’t remember them asking.

You won't. Their website says "you do not have to give any personal details" and that will include the name of your employer.

No, you don't have to give any details until you start early conciliation (if you go down that route).

ACAS are really helpful. Just give a general outline of the issue you are facing and they will advise. Good luck OP.
