Has anyone recently claimed for maternity allowance. Could someone please help me with the information about the time frame they are taking to make a decision on the claim. Will they be sending letters to everyone or has anyone experienced any exception cases as directly being paid to bank account without getting a decision letter in hand. I will be travelling abroad for a short vacation of 4 or 5 months , am concerned as if I may miss the decision letters .
