Many industries suffering I know! My boss was laid off along with a couple of colleagues. I was made head of group (with no changes to pay and conditions). Business is still bad and now in cost containment. I’m coming up to having worked there for 2 years but not quite so concerned I don’t have many rights until that 2 year mark is passed. My salary is now the highest in our group but I have a couple of people on lower who could take the helm if the biz wanted. I am in talks with another company but gl*d**r reviews say don’t go there for job security. I do keep half an eye on the job market but don’t have any other irons in the fire yet!
