How much should I increase hourly rate to?

I'm a private carer and currently charge £18 per hour. With the cost of everything going up on Monday I'm considering increasing my rate. I see the minimum wage is increasing.

How much would be a fair amount to increase my rate by and how can I justify it?

Are you in London or the south? I would have thought £20 per hour is completely reasonable and you could possibly go higher
