Ghosting after interview

Hello all, do you think ghosting by recruiter after interview is increasingly common now.

I think it's good manners to let someone know if they are unsuccessful
Offer honest feedback
Move on

I know some get a decline email from HR which is at least honest

Based on my recent experience -yes! It's really rude. You have to research the company, check the route to the interview, think of sensible questions. The least they could do is let you know.

My recent experience is that it is becoming more common - it's shocking really. Tells you a lot about the employer- or at least the HR dept!

Absolutely the norm now.
