Just looking for some advice before i contact acas next week.

I have been back to work 3 weeks after maternity leave.
I have requested & amended hours were agreed. (These due to being a single parent, nursey hours & teen with mental health issues meaning i cant leave my baby with her)
Just been told today, that now i will be going through consultancy
Manager says they are making the team bigger but contacts will need to change as longer night hours will need to be implemented.

I cant work late evening shifts. i requested family friendly hours which were agreed less than 3 months ago
They have said there may be an option to become a cleaner again (im currently working in homeless & housing support)
As they wont be redundacies. Just 'other options'
Im so annoyed & wondering where i stand if they wont keep my amended hours.

Do i just have to leave?
