I posted the other day as I had just been given notice of redundancy and was given great advice…there is something that has been bothering me. The reason given for redundancy was that my role was being made obsolete (one area of the job specification) and on that basis only
my job description is a much wider role and I’m wondering if I should ask for an explication of why my role is being made obsolete due to a smallish part of it not being “needed anymore”
