Work emails Is this correct?

I work in a team of five and one of my colleagues is not happy that when one of us sends out an egressed email (working from a Teams Inbox) no one else can read it (apart from who sent it).
Surely as it’s egressed, that’s the actual point?

Also if a reply is received back it goes into the senders personal inbox and not the work inbox. I don’t have issues with this part then at least anyone can pick it back up to deal with.

I use a shared inbox in MS teams and you can see what has been sent and any replies. Is your colleague changing the email address in the from section? If they have not amended this they will be answering from their personal inbox and not the shared inbox which can cause the issues you are talking about
