Hi Everyone,
Not sure if anyone can help me but hoping so.
I started a new job in a school and really enjoy it. Its office, admin and everything in between.
A position had become available for ops manager and I applied as I was a manager for 7 years prior to this so do have experience.
I was also told that they thought I would be more than capable of doing the role.
There are other candidates that have applied, and I'm assuming some really good ones... plus... im nervous as hell lol. I'd love to go in and smash it!!
Part of the interview is an hour written assessment.
Does anyone know what I'm likely to be asked to do?
And also has anyone got any tips to help me through the interview process!!??
Iv been researching but not a great deal comes up so if there is anyone that could give me any advise I'd be very grateful! 😊
