I need to book a meeting room for a team building activity away from our main office for around 20 people. However, I am finding it hard to acquire a room as every time I try to book one, I have to send an enquiry email or speak to someone over the phone. I give them all my details and they never get back to me. Does anyone know some websites where I can just book directly? Where I can just type in my details and get some choices like you do for hotels? I just want to book it online and be done with this. Thanks
