Looking for part time job ideas

I am a 52yo mum of two, and looking to return to work part time. I am looking for some inspiration as to what I could do? I don't want to be a telesales person and my passion and background is property, so any ideas would be really gratefully received. Ideally i'm looking for something that is week day and term time only, or work from home in the holiday. Many thanks

Are you planning on looking after your kids while working from home in the holidays

What do you mean that your "background is property"? Estate agents?

Realistically for term time stuff you're looking at school admin, university admin, or possibly civil service. There is a fair bit of competition though. How are your computer skills?

There are usually hundreds of jobs on Indeed.com for property inventory agents or similar. Why not look for an opportunity that is freelance or self employed? It pays £12-£15 per hour and would be a good way to get back into work.

I work as a receptionist in a care home. I work 3 or 4 days a week.

Potentially yes, or they will be at a 'camp' or friends

My background is property marketing and my computer skills are pretty good.
