Can someone help me work out term time pay?

I have an interview next week for a job in a school - it states 'full time hours, term time only plus 4 weeks'

FT salary is £38000 so am I right in the following calculation?

38000 / 52 = 730

730 x (39 (term time) + 4) = 31,390

is 31,390 the final salary - or do I add my 5 weeks paid holiday on top of that, which would equate it to 35,040

Yes, you need to add 5.6 weeks of holiday pay.
So, (38+4+5.6). I'm paid TTO +5 days. That's 39 weeks - TTO excludes inset days usually.
Also, there are slightly over 52 weeks in a year.
