At work we have team prizes, about £200 per person. I was in a team that won a prize but moved team (same organisation) before the prize was paid. I mentioned this to my old line manager and she said I’d still get it. But others have had it and I still haven’t. I sent a message to old line manager and no reply.
I am thinking there’s maybe a reason I’m not eligible. But then at least I should be told. I feel embarrassed to pursue it again and feel they expect me to take silence as the hint. But then £200 is a lot to me so I don’t want to just do nothing out of embarrassment. Thoughts please.
