Tbh I've not been enjoying my job for a while. It's too highly pressured with high expectations and low wages.
However new line manager started two weeks ago and now everyone in the team is miserable.
She is not a team player, has changed routine, doesn't listen to anyone's ideas and if you ask her to do something or if a job comes up that she doesn't like she will say I'm not doing that, I'm team leader.
I'm cutting down my hours soon and was planning to leave in the summer anyway but don't know how to get through the next few months
There is a manager above her but I think she likes this person. Even if I hand my notice in today I'd have to work my notice which is actually quite long . And I can't afford to go sick.
I just need some ideas about how to cope until July /August.
