So I work in the NHS rehab side and love my job and a job within my team for the next banding went out and I have applied which I am keen to gain my band 4 however originally it was just a 20 week course I would need to do to obtain this banding ,no problem I was keen to do it , now they want us to do a 2 year course ! Which Im happy to do but we where hoping to have baby 2 well at least strat trying this year ! I feel like I need to now choose between job or another baby I'm now 32 and didn't really want to be much older than this for another /last baby ! I feel really torn ! Help !
