NHS agenda for change pay rise predictions

So, the review body wasn’t consulted until Dec and their report deadline for 1 April 2024 is in May so it’ll be a September payment with back pay (I assume, going from previous experience).

I'm thinking they’re leaving it to nearer the election or dragging heels because they know nurses will strike.

what are nhs colleagues expecting and what are you prepared to settle for?

I have no idea what to expect really, but I find it so so frustrating they never manage to sort this in time.

Well those of us in NI have just had an offer yesterday for our 2023 pay rise 🤦‍♀️

It's ridiculous, it's not like they don't know this is going to happen every year. How can they justify not sorting it out in time?
