Had an interview a few weeks ago. Knew it hadn't gone well and indeed feedback was I hadn't sold myself enough. Absolutely spot on.

A very similar position in the same team has just been advertised. I did really like the team and am still interested in the job. It doesn't say 'previous applicants need not apply' so it's okay to try again, isn't it?

Absolutely go for it if you match the criteria again. Atleastyoull know better at the next interview.

Definitely try again!!

Thanks, yes I think I will.

Can anyone recommend a 'how to smash interviews' site I can look at? I know about STAR etc, it's more how to think myself into a more 'braggy' type of mindset.

Good luck. I've my first interview for many years on Wednesday & I'm dreading it so following hopefully for tips 🤞

Have a watch of Don Georgevich on YouTube - he's my go to for interview tips. Browse around his channel he has advice for everything! Have always got the job when I've put his advice into action.

Good luck 😊

Thank you so much youveturnedupwelldone. Just a few minutes watching and I realise that I don't say enough. I'm very strong on paper - nearly always get an interview - is the talking about myself that I fall down on.
