Hi,
Is anyone a PA to a headteacher? I was wondering how they found the role and whether they have any flexibility in leaving for their own child's different things at school or if the hours are strict like a teacher? Any feedback on whether you like the role would be appreciated

Generally all roles in a school have the same level of inflexibility. The school I was governor of not so long ago had a HT who thought it was important staff got to see their kids' Christmas play and was thought to be revolutionary by the other staff.

PA to a head will be a busy role like the office staff.
