Hi everyone, so not long ago I found a full time job I loved but was advised not to do it due to a health condition, I've told them that I still want to go into full time work soon so hopefully it'll be sorted quickly with new medication I'm getting and a new routine. But in the meantime I've got an interview for a part time medical secretary in the nhs. I get terrible nerves with interviews. So just wondering if anyone has any advice? There's also a typing test. Thank you!

My trust does value based interviews. So research their values. One example of a question could be give an example of when you have spotted an issue or problem and sorted it,

STAR technique, buzz words such as 'service users' 'inclusivity' all that guff 😂

good luck!

The person interviewing you had to get through an interview to be able to be in their position.

Good luck.
