I've reported my colleagues to HR for ostracizing me.

I reported my colleagues for gossiping and ostracizing me last year.
They are like 60 something school girls.
Today I heard on recount to the other I had a face like a smacked arse.!
I wasn't eves dropping I just followed her as I needed to add to let her know something important otherwise we don't converse .
Would you respond to this or ignore it.
Otherwise I'm loving the job now.
Am I just the whipping boy.

I'd tell them to their faces that it's incredibly sad that women their age feel the need to bully co-workers.

They sound awful!

Love this! I did a course in transactional analysis years ago which helped with walking with difficult people. Parent ADULT Child relationships. One of the most useful things I did.

I didn't go to HR.
I informed my bosses area boss and she escalated it as there have been issues before with one of my colleagues.

That's not what the title of your posts says which is "I've reported my colleagues to HR for ostracizing me".
