Does anyone know at what rough turnover a company would consider it feasible to offer EMP? Or is it nothing to do with turnover and up to the company themselves?

Nothing to do with turnover or profit of a company. Whatever the size of the company they are only required to provide statutory mat pay

Thank you, just wondered if at a certain turnover it was more doable in a way, do appreciate most private companies just offer SMP

@Steakpeppersauceandchips EMP is part of an employers total reward package. The incentive to offer EMP will be if a competitor offers it as a benefit and employees keep moving to the competitor.

I don't think this is necessarily the case.
In my antenatal group we all got enhanced whether public or private sector.
Private sector companies ranged from retail, energy, finance and travel companies
