I’ve kind of gone along with it vaguely amused, but now I’m at the point of being appointed, I’m questioning everything g about how I should behave and what I should ask for in negotiations? I know I’ve only got one shot and usually I’m a good hustler but I’m so shocked they want to give me the opportunity I’m a bit paralysed by it!
when I was approached about it I said I’d be interested in the midpoint of their salary range, but the job is bigger than I’d thought- should I say more? Should I ask for benefits instead?
can anyone out there advise? Single parent, mortgage is increasing significantly, really need the cash.
