I feel bullied and discriminated against at work (maternity etc) and was made (in my view) unfairly redundant.
I have contacted ACAS and they advised I lawyer up, but couldn't recommend anyone.
Do you think local firms are best, or should I just google.
I don't have legal cover with my home insurance unfortunately.
Happy for recommendations is anyone has used anyone great before?

Hi OP, get in touch with Working Families for help.

If you're paying for this yourself, you need to be very clear about what you are trying to achieve, what the likelihood of achieving that is, and what the most likely outcome is. Average awards/settlements are fairly low even if successful.

What you feel vs what you can prove to a legal standard, and what you feel is unjust vs what is unlawful are different things.

The Law Society would be a better place to start than Google.

Hi I was advised by ACAS & PregnantTS to take it to a tribunal, but I need to find a good employment solicitor to put my claim in to the court.
