PTO at a time When customer not happy!

Tried to have a call with the customer but the call ended with them basically saying I want this or else! The business is worth a lot and customer threatened to take the business away. I’m about to go on PTO, my supportive boss is leaving the company next week and so i have escalated to my interim boss who I’ve been told basically not to trust. Unfortunately it’s one of those situations I can’t guarantee I can give them what they want and have suggested suitable alternatives! So much for going on holiday and distressing! Should I just leave in hands of interim boss???

Go on your leave.

If the client pulls the work, presumably there's a contract in place about how that goes?

What sort of workplace is it? Supportive or not?

Will interim manager insist you work or encourage you to take AL?

Do you get paid enough to be stressing about work while you're on leave? If not, then leave it in your interim boss's hands and forget about it until you return.

not your worry, is it. Put it out of you head
