I have been working for an NHS trust for the last two years as bank staff. I was offered a permanent position about 4 weeks ago. I was sent a conditional offer. All the checks have been completed, but Occupational Health status says 'Awaiting employer update' for the last few weeks. When I filled out OH forms, I disclosed a medical issue I'm currently going through. This has no impact on my work (currently do the same work as bank), but there was someone who called me from the OH team and inquired about it. They said I may need surgery, so it may require time off from work. I told them this is not properly diagnosed, hence I can't say anything. Now I'm worried as they may revoke the offer due to my condition. Your advice will be much appreciated
