Just testing the water here. Retrained to move towards job that is closer to my values of wanting to make a difference in other people's lives. Work uses a formula of needing us to hit 5 appointments per day for 7 hour day including write ups for each appointment. Was assigned to a base assuming 4 days work per week to hit quota plus ond day for admin, planning and meetings. Headcount in team reduced by 15% and advised by email I now need to hit same target in 3.5 days and pick up 1 day at new base so 4.5 days in total. On top of that, I have a quota of non base customers that can fluctuate. I also have two team meetings a month that take up half a day each and two full days a month that was agreed for me to take part in a company project. I've spoken to my previous manager and my current manager about the fact that I don't have the hours in the day to see non base customers and no-one else who does the same hours per week seems to have the same caseload. Apart from saying they'll look at it, nothing has happened. It's affecting my mental health and I had to ask the doctor for betablockers to control my anxiety. Work are aware I have had mental health issues and I don't want to say I can't cope as I love my actual job but worry about the stigma. What would you do?
