What is it with these bombastic people - aggh

Im in my 50s working in a professional capacity in a very large organisation. Am I losing my tolerance or are more and more of these bombastic self important people climbing the tree?! Certainly in my organisation it seems to be the case. What ever happened to niceness and manners I’m not sure. Aghhh ready to retire!!!

I was wondering if it's a younger person thing. Or something about our current society. I'm a manager OP... A LOVELY supportive, kind, thoughtful manager. My GOD I could do without some of the younger people I line manage who think they know how to do everything better than everyone else. Where's the self awareness?‽‽ So arrogant 🙄
