Last year of uni placement and no money

So I have two children 9 and 3. My little one is due to start school in sept and I’m due to start my last year in teacher training. Before this I have been studying distributed route so mainly done at him. However this year involves 3 full days in a school placement from 8-5 and two full days at uni. I have full on mom guilt as I feel I’m going to miss my daughter starting school and my mom will be taking and collecting her plus financially I can’t work during this course. I will get student loans but will be minus my wage of £350 a month. I already struggle with the 350 too up from my job so I’m unsure how I’m going to financially do it and manage missing precious moments of my daughter’s first year at school.
has anyone been in the same situation? Was it worth it?

Of course it is worth it because once you qualify you will be able to get a job teaching and you will be able to support your family. Your daughter will be fine with your mother taking her to school. Your placement school will probably Let you have the morning off to take her on her first day if you ask them. If you are really short of funds then talk to your university student support who may be able to help/ offer advice. Or ask your bank for a loan that you can pay off when you qualify. Well done for getting this far and good luck.
