Absolutely. I'm an avid reader of the employment issues thread (though I don't often have much help to give!), and I am always in awe both of flowerybeanbag's professional ability, and her generosity with her time and advice.

I think its fair enough of her to get a bit peeved when people call her up as it were and don't give all the relevant info...
Hope she has a good break.

And Flowery - I really hope you come back! I am learning a lot from you - all knowledge is power to the working mum, and i'm looking forward to challenging the non-renewability of my fixed term contract at some point in the next couple of years, egged on by advice and links you've given to others on here!
