HR help - term time maternity pay

Hi does anyone know if I'm correct in thinking the following? I am trying to work out my average weekly pay as a term time only worker.

Legally every worker is entitled to 5.6 weeks holiday, so the final figure for my weekly earnings would be my pay for actual weeks worked - 38 weeks - plus the 5.6 weeks so annual pay divided by 43.6?

Anyone who can shed some light please?

It’s what you are actually paid during the 8 week qualifying period.

If you are paid 1/12th of annual salary that’s the calculation. If you are only paid for weeks worked then your calculation is roughly right as that is what you will be paid.
