Hybrid working

Hi,

Can anyone who does hybrid working give me some ideas on how many days you work from home and how many days at your workplace.

I've been offered a job but it's 100 miles away. Role I want to do and current role is awful (not my field anyway) and at risk.

They're open to hybrid working but I haven't said what would work for me, as yet. I haven't accepted the role yet. I'm also concerned about costs involved to stay there so many nights.

Looking for ideas!!

I’m a manager in an nhs trust with multiple hospitals but two main offices. I wfh 1-2 days a week and spread myself across the 2 sites the other days. BUT… I have a member of the team who lives quite far away but she was perfect for the role. We agreed that she could come in once a week. Her specific role allows this to work.

negotiate with them and maybe say twice a week for the first 4 weeks then drop to once with flexibility for meetings etc.

Get out of the toxic environment - the drive will be preferable.

They've been in touch and said 3 days a week but they are willing to be flexible on this. Would involve 2 days at one site and one day at the other.

I'll have a think about it as it's going to cost me unless I buy a caravan or something!
