Stuck in a monotonous role

I've gone back to work after being a sahm. I'm working as a customer advisor for a utility company full time. It has a lot of positives and I'm very happy to be back at work.
But the work is extremely monotonous, its not fullfilling in any way, I'm clock watching until finishing time, have to log when you go the toilet etc, alot of micromanaging, and it is minimum wage.
I'm was very lucky to get this job after being out of work for a few years but I'm finding that my mental health is really starting to decline.
Obviously I aren't trained in anything else, I so have a degree in criminology that I've never used and is very old. I can't afford to go back into any kind of education , so feel like I am now very limited in my choices. I have been applying for school admin jobs but no luck so far.
Can anyone recommend anything to me that I could look into?
Something that is not the same thing over and over every day

I have 2 kids so don't really want any kind of shift work, and also not interested in the care sector

School admin or receptionist is busy, varied and might be more stimulating although it will be badly paid and potentially stressful.

The care industry? Lots of prospects there.

Stick it out, get some experience to build up your CV then move on.
