Mental agility tests

Help,
I have an interview tomorrow and I really want the job, I got sent a mental agility test and as someone with ASD I find them so hard.
I am not stupid, I’m reliable, friendly and an extremely hard worker, all my previous bosses couldn’t have spoke any higher of me but I just can’t do these tests, the clock in the corner is all I can concentrate on and now I’ve not completed it.
Are they the be all and end all of an employer?

I believe you can ask for reasonable adjustments to be made as part of the recruitment process - was there a question about this on the application anywhere? Regardless, you’ve got through to interview stage, so would it be possible to discuss this at the interview - they should make adjustments for you so you’re not placed at a disadvantage.

Thank you, it was through an agency ad so I haven’t done an application as such just sent across my CV and a covering letter to the company but I’ll get in contact with the agency this morning and give them the heads up that I didn’t complete the test and why.

Thank you they didn’t even care, the interview went amazing and I was offered the job but unfortunately the agency said 8.45-5 when it was different shifts up until 6.30pm so I had to decline due to childcare 😭
