Just about to start job-hunting, so need up date my CV. In the past, I've used a skills-based rather than chronological one (I'm in my 50s) and adapted it to reach role that I've applied to.
Would it be acceptable to cluster the person spec requirements/JD into skills-based headings and show how I have done whatever it is under each?
There's a covering letter to do as well, so I was wondering whether a very focused CV would make life easier for anyone short listing?
