Pro rata salary - term time

Hello!

Can someone work this out for me please? I am hopeless with stuff like this!

The salary is £29,133, pro rata, working hours 37 a week, term time only plus 5 INSET days. I’m not sure exactly what holiday entitlement is like but it’s usually around 4 weeks so this will need adding on (I think?). Thank you so much!!

Are you sure there's holiday allowance as well as school holidays?

There is at my current job and I work in a school now.

Is it a state school?
Term time and inset is usually 39 working weeks. The paid holiday is around 6 weeks giving a total of 45/52 weeks.

Private schools have shorter terms so would be less than above.

If a state school I'd go for 44.6 weeks pay (39 weeks of term plus 5.6 weeks holiday).

So, 44.6/52 x salary gives 24987.
