Hi all
I've been at my current work place for years, the last couple of months my line manager and head manager have made me feel really uncomfortable. My line manager (I'm a secondary teacher) has jumped in during the middle of a lesson to question what I am teaching and why, and demand the children put certain things away. The last day of term during a conversation he brought up something I had said previously mimicking me in a rude way. There's lots of other small things like him passing comments like 'do you normally do that' etc
There's loads more too long to type but I'm really dreading going back and how to deal with it all, any advice? I feel sick at the thought of tomorrow.
