I don’t need them as a reference what if they employ someone else and doesn’t give them training the company needs to no!

plus I was off ill I didn’t not just go in

There's two of you right at the moment who just really aren't getting it. It's quite frustrating...

Put very simply, your employer employs you to be in work. Not to be off sick. You have been in this employment for two minutes and you had one of them off. They didn't need your former colleagues to be told you'd be got rid of. We've been telling you that, and you weren't listening. It doesn't matter whether your sickness is real or not. You are expected to be in work. Take too much time off and and you get sacked. In terms of the amount of time you worked there, you took too much time off.

They did not sack you over training. They sacked you over time off sick. The next person will hopefully be attending work and will therefore be there to get trained.

Are you stupid? I couldn’t work due to illness I could barely walk and you expect me to go in? If I was in a coma and got sacked you’d be saying well you should of been there 🤨 no it was training I know that for a fact I was told.

Fact is legally they could let you go for any reason , other than discrimination, within first two years. For whatever reason, probably early absence record and lack of availability to shadow, you were considered a poor fit for the role. Little point in appealing, I assume their attitude has put you off working for them anyway, and your email won't be read by the right people to change things.n
