Work issue

Long story short and would like some advice re next step

Was formally invited to a meeting to discuss an occupational health report. The date given was ok for me but not the person I wished to bring in with me as support so I requested a new date

I’ve now been waiting nearly six weeks and no contact has been made. I emailed after a couple of weeks and was made to feel it was my fault for asking to re arrange meeting so I now feel I can’t ask again

However I’m anxious re meeting and the fact that it’s dragging on with zero communication is not helping

But don’t know what to do now?

Should add that there was a long gap also between my occ health assessment and anyone from management contacting me

Who was the meeting supposed to be with? Are you currently off work? At work? Do you need something actioned?

Nothing in report that needed to be actioned

Do you know why they wanted a meeting to discuss the report? Do you feel the meeting is necessary?

If you are not off sick and there is nothing, like any adjustments, needing actioned it may just be a tick box exercise which has slipped down their priorities.
