Have to wear latex gloves

I have to wear latex gloves for work and my hands sweat in them, resulting in soft skin like I've been in the bath for hours 😩
Can anyone recommend anything I can do to help please? 🙏🏼 thank you

Please talk to occupational health. There are lots of alternatives such as sterile nitrile gloves. You can also get cotton gloves that go under.

Latex can cause issues with your skin, there are alternatives which should be supplied as an option as many ppl have latex allergies
