Does anyone do this? I'm thinking of applying for one of the contact centre/call centre positions. The advert says it's shift work but only 60% in the office. Can anyone shed light on this?

I used to be one. What’s the department? Frontline are called Border Force officers now. This sounds like an EO role.
Is it Customer services? Enforcement? Sounds like it can be done from home but CS is mandating RTW at 60% for all staff from April next year. So 3 days in per week for a full timer

It's immigration enforcement in Manchester. WFH would be great if it could be the night shifts! Can't leave my teenager alone overnight!
