Corporate management nonsense

Ugh I started a new job in the corporate world about 6 months ago and I’ve never heard so much utter corporate twaddle in my entire life, it all feels so old fashioned & cheesy.

So much unnecessary terminology where they’re trying to dress up the fact it’s all based on management theory that’s literally from the 80s and they’re all obsessed with it.

I was told it was very forward thinking and techy but it’s just a load of shite written on whiteboards and bits of paper printed out.

I left a well respected job in the media for this thinking I wanted a new challenge but I’m so bored!!

I’m looking for another job already, hoping the new year will bring a new job along, I’m so disappointed it’s so crap :(

I dunno, everywhere is a bit pants, it's just a job in the end. I've recently changed jobs and everyone is nice enough but corporate speak is just part of working life. It's not that big of a deal.

It's all the many different ways they have of saying " we fuxked up and it's going to be late". It's impressive.

It wasn’t in my old job, people would’ve been laughed out of the place with the crap they’re coming out with on a daily basis at my new place, it’s ridiculous.

Yeah ...... Learnings 😶
