Meaning I'm down about £1000 ish!

I did FOUR full enhanced overtime shifts (12.5 hours) between Sept and October, should have been paid for three of them in November, I wasn't, but assured it would be rectified in Decembers pay,

It wasn't, nor was the other shift I should have been paid for in Decembers pay,

I've spoke to payroll,
I've emailed manager
I've emailed HR,

I keep getting passed back and forth,

NHS.

Any help or advice?

(I've also contacted union)

The best way to resolve this is to write to your HR Director and your manager’s manager. Head it “unlawful deduction of wages”. Set out exactly what overtime you worked e.g. dates & hours and request that you are given an advance of salary whilst they work out why you are not being paid. Give a reasonable date for resolution e.g. 2 weeks.
